Updates Readme for Columnal

Now that I know more about CSS and Twitter Bootstrap, its time to ditch
Columnal. I have also decided to use [Pelican](http://getpelican.com/)
as my static blog generator so my new theme will have to work with
Pelican templates.

I am moving this code into a branch and then work with TwitterBootstarp
and Jinja2 templating engine in my master or dev branch.
